ChemPro system produces an inert and non bio degradable beneficial use commercial material.

• By pretreating the soil via the flash dryer the organics within a contained environment are eliminated as the material dewaters, and achieves a homogenized blend of any supplemented ingredients e.g. silica.
  
  
• The material is then conveyed to the furnace where it is loaded into the hopper through the top of the apparatus feature creates blanket that suppresses heat loss as well as the release of emissions.
  
  
• Material moves to resistant melt zone (2800F) controlled by three graphite electrodes. Converted to molten state, where all toxins and heavy metals will be encapsulated within a glass matrix.
  
  
• Molten stream released through the bottom of the furnace into a quenching bath (forms aggregate), poured into monolithic mold, or spun into the mineral fiber.
